I ran to this location last night because the website showed 2 items in stock. I was too late to buy online/pick up the same day. When I went in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The girls working were very nice and helpful. I even got a little conversation from them. I usually don't shop at this location because the few times I have been in, the employees were less than friendly and helpful, so I prefer to shop at the Spring location. Maybe they have new management and employees and the shopping experience at this location will continue to be better. I'm glad last night was a better shopping trip and I found what I went in for, plus a beautiful pink sweater!

I went to Torrid feeling like I was not going to find a formal outfit for a wedding. As usual, I waited until the last minute and I was anxious. Kelcie found me and asked if I need help and I said no like I always to. But a few minutes later I went looking for her bc I did need help. And what I got was way more than what I expected. Kelcie’s customer service was AMAZING. She really listened when I explained what I was looking for. She took the time to see what my style was and then she was off looking around the store and bringing me all kinds of beautiful pieces. She had some awesome suggestions. Then another associate joined in and they both just kept bringing me more and more outfits to try. They made me feel like Julia in Pretty Woman. They made me feel like I was the only one in the store shopping that day. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! They started betting on who’s outfit I would choose. It was hilarious. 😂😂 Then I decided to get measured for a bra and Kelcie gave me a fantastic tip that changed my life completely. Kelcie, if you read this thank you again for that tip. It has been so so helpful. You’re the best. If you stop at Torrid in Cypress, look for Kelcie. She’s awesome and she will definitely help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Trust me. You won’t be disappointed!! 💕

Happy with my experience. First the store has great A/C that is really important when outside is 100s. It's well kept, organized and overall really pleasant to shop. Quality is amazing. Sore employees was really nice and helpful. Spend there couple hours and really enjoyed my experience.

Randomly closes early & posted “reduced” hours mean nothing - have been by twice in the last week during times it says open to find it unexpectedly closed

Friendly staff, great selection of clothes. Very clean and well kept store. Comfortable chairs by the dressing room where I sat for a few minutes telling my wife that her shirts were beautiful and she didn't believe me.

The women working here are always so insanely kind and helpful. They have helped me figure out my bra size, what styles fit my body best and have brought clothes for me to try on that I ended up loving. Ladies are always smiling and offering help (but not the excessive uncomfortable type). I cannot say enough about this store and the employees! Not to mention the bras are super soft and comfortable, like wow.
